I believe selling your rent roll or Agency is the biggest decision a Principal can make. I am dedicated to ensuring the process is as stress free and profitable as possible. I have over 20+ years of experience owning real estate businesses and now selling them.

Specializing exclusively in Rent Roll and Agency Sales I have successfully sold all sizes and types of agencies from 12 Managements to complete Merge & Acquisitions worth well over $4M.

Before starting DL Brokering, I previously

· Operated as a rent roll broker for the past 5 years.

· Grew my own agency from a work from home start up to a team of 27 with 600+ properties under management.

· Worked as an Infantry Officer for 12 years in the Australian Army, including Operational Deployments.
